Free Local Pick up
Free local pick is available for all customers. GIW Designs studio is based in Gladstone QLD 4680 and we are more than happy for you to come and pay us a visit.
If you wish to pick up your order, please select local pick up at check out and then contact us to arrange a time that is convenient.
Our studio is by appointment only so please contact us at studio@giwdesigns.com to book a time.

We ship with Australia Post, Express Post, TNT couriers and Star Track Express.
We currently only ship within Australia.
Returns Policy
We hope that you love your purchase as much as we do. In the unfortunate event that you don’t, we offer the following returns and exchange policy at Shop GIW Designs;
In the event that you change your mind, your item is faulty or your item isn’t as described we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase on any full priced items as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed only the purchase price.
We are unable to accept returns on any items that that have been used, modified, assembled or marked and damaged in any way post purchase.
Sale Items
No refunds or exchange are offered on sale items
Returns Process
To return your item, simply contact GIW Dsigns at studio@giwdesigns.com and quote the following; Order Number, your name and address, contact number and reason for return.
Please ensure your item is in its original condition and packaging, and that your Invoice is included with your return.
Return postage is at the customer’s expense and will not be reimbursed.
When sending return items to GIW Designs we recommend using registered post as we do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items in transit.
In considering any application for refund or exchange GIW Designs reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.
