Returns Policy

We hope that you love your purchase as much as we do. In the unfortunate event that you don’t, we offer the following returns and exchange policy at Honey Jackson;

In the event that you change your mind, your item is faulty or your item isn’t as described we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase on any full priced items as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed only the purchase price.

We are unable to accept returns on any items that that have been used, modified, assembled or marked and damaged in any way post purchase.

The only exclusion to our 15 day refund policy is with made to order items such as furniture and artwork, these goods cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made to order.

 

Sale Items

Please note that there are no refunds available on Sale items, only 7 day exchange.

If your sale item is faulty then we will offer a refund on these items.

 

Wrong Item

In the unfortunate event that the wrong item is sent to you please contact us immediately at info@giwdesigns.com.au quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product received and product originally ordered, and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then contact you immediately and advise how to proceed and to apologise for any inconvenience.

Honey Jackson will cover all postage costs on wrong items.

 

Returns Process

To return your item, simply contact Honey Jackson at  info@giwdesigns.com.au  and quote the following; Order Number, your name and address, contact number and reason for return.

You will then obtain a RA number and a return address to send back your purchase back to.   Please ensure your item is in its original condition and packaging, and that your Invoice and RA number is included with your return.

Return postage is at the customer’s expense and will not be reimbursed.

When sending return items to Honey Jackson we recommend using registered post as we do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items in transit.

In considering any application for refund or exchange Honey Jackson reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Honey Jackson immediately via email to info@giwdesigns.com.au If your order has not been despatched then we will cancel your order and organise a refund. If your order has been despatched then you will need to return your order to us via the returns process.
